四、产品使用说明

   1、看红色显示数码管上有无显示，如没有，检查电源线是否接好，电源总开关是否开启，数码管显示正常工作后，说明设备正常运行。

2、先打开设备门盖，然后插入插座，连接插座后可在刷卡区刷卡，进行充电。同时显示屏显示 “您已刷卡X次，可充电XKWH”,6秒钟后自动充电。

3、根据显示屏显示的状态，若出现“输入电压过低”，应检查输入线路是否连接牢固，若出现“输入电压过高” ，设备会自动停止输出，保护负载不受损坏，若出现“电流过大”文字，则是负载的功率过大，此时充电桩会进入保护状态，停止输出。

 4、显示屏显示“充电结束”，并伴随报警，证明充电过程已经完成，设备自动断电，

5、关于刷卡器的使用：

设备上有个放置“刷卡器”的地方，此功能可以根据客户需求而装配。如果采用刷卡功能，则公司会给客户管理人员配备一个ic卡发卡器，管理人员将发卡器连接在电脑上，对ic卡进行充值，然后用户通过ic卡在充电桩上刷卡消费，让设备通过识别卡的信息，从而进行正常工作。

6、此外，设备可配备按键，人工设定充电时间。也可配备投币器，通过投币让设备进行工作。

7、工作过程：

        首先，设备必须连接正确的电源方能正常工作。当充电桩进入充电状态，液晶显示屏显示当前充电电压、累计充电时间，充电电量，便于操作人员了解电动车辆的充电情况。

        当设备达到规定的充电时间或者充电电量后，充电机显示“充电完毕”，充电结束，设备自动关闭电源，处于待机状态。

IV. Operation Instruction

1. Check whether the red nixie tube displays, if not, connect the power cord and turn on the power supply; if the nixie tube works, the machine is normal.

2. Open the lid, insert the plug, and swipe the card to charge; then, the screen shows that “you have swiped the card for X times to charge by XKWH”, and the charging starts after 6s.

3. If the screen shows “low input voltage”, check whether the input line is firmly connected; if it shows “high input voltage”, the machine automatically stops output to avoid damage; if it shows “high current”, it means a too high load power and the charge spot initiates the protection to stop output.

4. If the screen shows “charge is over” with sound alarm, it means that the charge is completed and the machine automatically shuts down.

5. Use of Swipe Card Reader:

The machine could be equipped with “swipe card reader” (optional by customer). If the customer requires such function, an IC card distributor which could be connected to the computer to replenish IC card is provided, thus the customer pays by IC card at the charge spot while the machine identifies the IC card before operating.

6. The machine could be equipped with buttons to manually set the charge time or with coin selector to work.

7. Work Process:

First, the machine shall be connected to appropriate power supply. When the charge spot is charging, the LCS screen displays the charging voltage, accumulated charge time and charge volume for you to know the charging status of the car.

When it reaches the charge time or charge volume designed, the charger shows “charge is over”, and then the machine automatically shuts down and enter standby state.
