在使用A4纸张打印文档的时候，电脑会默认在纸的两侧留出约1CM的空白区域，使我们可以清晰的浏览文件。另外我们也经常购买一些细长型的便签条，在我们整理文件的时候用于做记号，备忘。

When printing documents with A4 paper, the computer will leave blanks on both sides of the paper with width of 1 cm approximately in a default form so that we can browse the document clearly. In addition, we also buy some types of long notes used for marking and reminding purpose when sorting the document.

我们提出的概念是，这是一个自己能”生产”便签条的碎纸机。

The concept we putting forward is that this is a shredder which can “produce” notes by itself.

将A4纸的1CM留白与便签条做一个巧妙的联想，从1到1，废物再利用。

A smart association will be generated from the 1 cm blanks on the A4 paper and the notes, viz. from one to one and waste re-use.

利用碎纸机的裁切功能，在碎纸的同时，将纸张两侧未利用的1CM裁切下来，作为便签条再次利用。细长的纸条有时也被人们拿来作为制作手工艺品的好材料。

Cut down the unused 1cm blanks from the both sides of the paper by virtue of the cutting function of the shredder while shredding the paper and recycle the paper as notes. Sometimes, the long and thin piece of paper is also good materials for people to make good handicrafts.

中间是存储碎纸的空间，可以翻转开清理到垃圾桶内。

In the middle part is the storage space for shreds, which can be opened to clear the wastes to the dustbin.
